Fueling Growth: Lunch and Leadership with Mickey Segal

NKSFB launched an amazing new program this year. Once a month, a dozen members of our Westwood Team get the unique opportunity to have lunch with Founding and Managing Partner Mickey Segal. He and our Chief People and Talent Office, Karrie Saydah, host the lunch, which features a catered meal and an hour with Mickey.

Each month Segal spends an hour talking about how he and his partners, Michael Karlin and Fred Nigro founded the Firm in 1981. He shares how the Firm has grown from three partners and an assistant to over 40 partners and 650 employees in seven locations in the United States and the United Kingdom. From there, he takes questions from the group.

These lunches are an example of NKSFB’s open-door policy. Participants come from all departments and have all levels of experience. It is a wonderful chance to learn about the Firm’s history and the possibilities of working here.
