NKSFB Works With LA Food Bank to Help Seniors in Need

On Friday, May 21, more than 40 partners and staff turned out to assemble food packages at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank facility in Commerce, CA. Representatives from virtually every NKSFB office and department in Southern California staffed two separate “lines,” adding milk, cereal, fruit, vegetables and canned chicken to the packages. The group assembled more than 1,400 cases of food, which will be distributed to needy senior citizens throughout Southern California.

Based upon the strong turnout and even more impressive results, NKSFB looks forward to scheduling another event this summer. To paraphrase founding partner Michael Karlin, giving back remains part of the firm’s DNA.
