Denise Hart joined Nigro Karlin Segal & Feldstein LLP in 1984 and was instrumental in developing the Firm’s payroll compliance Audit practice with Managing Partner Mickey Segal. Denise has over 27 years of experience as a trusted advisor to Fund Administrators and Trustees of Multi-Employer Taft Hartley Funds. Her expertise includes educating employer companies to design and implement rigorous Audit programs. Denise’s practice focus has benefited both Labor and Employer Trustees in resolving collective bargaining interpretational disputes so as to increase the collection of contributions due to the Funds.
Denise’s focus is Audit, and she specializes in:

- Negotiating settlements with contributing employers

Denise is involved in numerous philanthropic activities, including fundraising for Saint Joseph Center, Good Shepherd Center for Homeless Women and Children, St. John’s Seminary, St. Monica’s Catholic Church and other important charities in Los Angeles. She is a member of Women in Film and the Professional Advisory Committee of the Motion Picture and Television Fund.
