Edward Knice is responsible for managing all of the personal and business tax matters for musicians, actors, entertainment industry executives and other ultra high net worth individuals.

Edward’s focus is Tax, and he specializes in:

• Taxation of entertainers
• Tax planning and compliance
• Touring entity taxation
• Multi-state taxation
• Federal and state tax representation

Ed graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and from St. John’s University with a Masters degree in Taxation. Ed is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the New York State Society of Cerified Public Accountants and serves as a member on the Individual Taxation and Closely Held Business committees.

Ed is an active member of his church. He supports St. Jude Children’s Hospital and various other charities.
