Assistant Account Executive
Start to support our high-profile clients with core bookkeeping responsibilities, such as entering all accounts payable and cash receipts into our proprietary software and reconciling bank statements.
Account Executive
Daily interface with client(s) and supervising bookkeeping staff. You will book investment statements and client payroll, review general ledgers and maintain cash flow for clients. Work with Managers on clients.
Supervisor
Daily interface with clients and supervising Account Executive(s). Prepare quarterly and year-end tax planning and cash flow management. Work directly with Partners on client activities.
Staff Accountant
Involvement in client setup of books and records, cash flow projections and budgets. Work on complex financial projects. Compile information for tax forecasts & tax returns with Tax department.
Manager
Working with a Partner or Director, the Manager supervises all clients’ budgets. Research and develop solutions on complex tax issues. Communicate project status to team members.
Director
Act as approver and allocator of invoices. Anticipate and recognize problems, formulate solutions and implement with Client Team.
Royalty
Working in the royalty department gives you great insight into all facets of the entertainment industry and business management. What we do is make sure none of our clients’ money is left on the table as well as explore and monetize new income streams."
Analyst
Assists in all areas of royalty administration, including but not limited to publishing, record label administration, licensing, copyright registration, royalty statement analysis and allocations.
Supervisor
Daily supervision of royalty operations and workflow. Read and interpret complex royalty agreements. Oversee issuance of royalty statements and special projects.
Manager
Daily supervision of royalty analysts and supervisors. Responsible for all areas of royalty administration.
Director
Responsible for strategic royalty management structure for the Firm. Explore new opportunities. Daily interaction with firm Partners.
Tax

Tax Accountant
Tax planning, tax preparation and entry level ability to research, understand, interpret and apply tax law.
Senior Tax Accountant
Tax planning, tax preparation/review and analytics for more complex clients. Higher level ability to research, understand, interpret and apply tax law.
Tax Manager
Tax planning, tax preparation/review and analytics for sophisticated multi-jurisdictional clients, including modeling various tax scenarios. Document tax positions.
Director
Create and implement strategic tax planning and new legislation and review & finalize tax returns. Manage and run client engagements. Write detailed tax reports and address tax errors or issues that arise.
Audit

Staff Auditor
Perform audit procedures to achieve audit goals. Master audit/accounting programs, procedures and work paper technique, as well as maintain open items lists and status reports.
Senior Staff Auditor
Responsible for day-to-day audit activities and maintaining auditee communications and relationships. Train staff and review audit workpapers prepared by staff.
Supervisor
Supervise staff and senior auditors and foster teamwork. Evaluate and adapt audit procedures to achieve audit goals. Maintain audit engagements and organize team workflow.
Manager
Cultivate and improve client communications and relationships. Manage team priorities and support upper management. Complete tracking of billings and budgets.
Senior Manager
Contribute to firmwide goals. Evaluate all client needs and evaluate billings and budgets. Seek new opportunities through client development. Participate in team organization.
Director
Prioritize client development and support. Pursue new opportunities for the firm. Direct audit team to meet firm objectives.
